Time for SCO to go away.
Novell/Suse will doom SCO and they will soon be "kicked to the curb", to borrow a phrase from Bit. What's 20 percent of nothing? Worse yet, SCO will likely be liable for damages, or at the very least, court costs. Lose-lose for SCO and their lawyers.
