EXCUSE ME!If it wasn't for the French fleet trapping General Cornwallis at Yorktown.And causing him to surrender. America would not be America as it is today. Do you also remember General Lafayette, one of the heroes of the American Revolution, that fought on our side. Just because France isn't taking part in President Bush's moronic war in Iraq, isn't a reason to dish them.
