The WTO is like the UN ...
Issues like this are argued for years there before being resolved. By the time MS ever gets action on this, if ever, there patents will have long since expired. Amazing how you assume that MS can lead the US around by the nose and the US can then lead the rest of the world by the nose. I just read in the news that in retaliation for the US quarantining contaminated Chinese imports, China is DUMPING US imports and refusing to pay for them. American exporters are taking it in the shorts as a result. Funny! Amazing how those things work. Its so easy to sit in an office in Des Moines and decree how the world gets run.
