According to the "paper of record"...
...the DOJ attorney who gave the Google challenge short shrift was recently a lawyer on the MS payroll(see revolving door in the Bush administration). 17 states AG revolted and threatened to derail the DOJ dismissal. MS folded 'cause the writing was on the wall.
