SAD..!!!
what is sad.. is that MS was even able to do it... unfortunately, our bought and paid-for legal system allows it.... im not siding with google, they are no saints themselves... but MS just keeps pushing and pushing knowing they can get away with it.. they just say... OH!!! ok!! sorry..we will change it .. oh.. by the way.. it is so hard to do that it will take us to the end of the year.... they should be MADE to chnage it NOW...they should be made to treat it as a virus or exploit that has to be patched...

but alas... the punishement.. just like their punishment when found guilty was a slap in the wrist and a stiff finger shaking... no wonder they do these things... they know nothing will happen.....
