In fact, I don't even play one on TV.

But the way I read the following fragment of the Vista Home license agreement:

You may not use the software installed on the licensed device within a virtual (or otherwise emulated) hardware system.

I am sure MS would argue in court that the wording is unambiguous - the End User is simply not licensed to run Vista Home in any virtual or emulated system. Period.

To argue otherwise would necessitate some pretty contorted parsing of the quoted sentence and creative interpretations of the definitions of "installed", "licensed", and "device".
