Why Google rules
As a computer tech, Google is a great tool for obscure
computer fixes. I put the entire error message in quotes in
the Google search box, and 99% of the time, the problem
and solution are within the first page of results.

I've tried that at Yahoo, Ask.com, and Lycos, and usually
come up empty for two or more pages -- not to mention
the dancing graphics and slower responses.

Until they compete on speed and reliable results, the others
will always be also-rans.
