I'd agree with a couple of the previous posters about what can possibly be inferred from this information ... there's a sea change ahead which the MS management appear to be in wilful denial of. I guess they are used to dictating terms and why shold that not apply to their own staff.

I'd imagine the Microsoft workforce are so constrained by Microsoft ,legal red tape that they'd probably lose their first born and their life's savings if they so much as leaked what's on the canteen menu to the 'outside'. So this dis-satisfaction (if is ot more MS spin) might indicate the blinkered smug arrogance that drives Microsoft's predatory, un-ethical and intrinsically greedy corporate aggression is about to be turned inwards.

Exxxxxxxcelllent. EXXCEEELLLLEEENNNTTTT! Mu-ha-ha-ha-ha etc
