High court to rule on Net wine sales

Amendment XXI, Section 2.

While I disagree with it, the amendment clearly gives states the right to regulate the importation of alcohol.

Anyone who wants to support a Constitutional amendment to repeal that has my support, but the ends do not jusitify the means, and I'll be greatly saddened if the Supreme Count does not find in favor of the states.
