Very true about SQL server, I've heard the same.
Hey have you seen initial screens of Longhorn or maybe you are an MSDN subscriber and have the early beta? Good god, its GUI is going to be as graphic heavy as some games.
Going to need a very hefty system to run that OS, if people complained of bloat before -- all hell will break out on the bloat issue with this version.
all that said, the gui does look awesome.
