Seriously, you're way too scared of the world. You refer to the "Gates family lawayers" which is non-sensical. You're probably referring to Preston Gates, the former law-firm of Gates' father who retird from the practice many years ago to help run the Gates Foundation. Neither he nor Bill Gates Jr. had anything whatsoever to do with Preston Gates relationship with Abramoff. Bill Gates was not found guilty of ANTI_TRUST VIOLATIONS. Microsoft was althoug many would argue that the antitrust case was silly to begin with. Saying that he "destroyed much of the software industry" is just stupid. He was key to creating the software industry and has probably done more to build it than any other person.

Then there's the surpemely dumb statement: Lets also realize that Bill Gates has to give up Microsoft or his foundaiton owing to Sarb-Ox. Uh...what? Total nonsense.
