Your MS network contacts MS with...
your data contained on your servers. Do you like for MS to know what goes on in every facet of youyr business? THEY DO. And Active Directory facilitates this. I have been a Microsoft Small OEM for thirteen years. After personally experiencing unauthorized outgoing connections to Micropsoft for mine and several of my customers networks I realized what I had been reading regarding this issue was true.

Get a real IT person to come in and monitor your IT environment and soon you will see this to be true as well!
