Culling

I can't believe that someone else actually sees what's really going on! Most of the "IT professionals" that they talk about in these types of articles are people who can point and click in gui-based programs doing "web design", or have an MCSE that was bought instead of earned. People like that aren't IT professionals, they're parrots.

The industry NEEDS to be cleaned out after the dot.bombs. Too many people think they're IT and must make $90 an hour. They don't realize the rest of us who know what we're doing aren't even making that much anymore.
