Study by Robert Half Technology - what's worth
I was searching for a job some time ago (no I am hired and still needed by multiple companies... in which I am switching to another soon) and I came across Robert Half Technology some time ago.

The comapany seems to be that "competitive" in that it dumps highly underpaid offers on Hotjobs and Monster.com in bulk from time to time. that's their strategy.

Now do you wonder their "research" results and dropping wages in IT?

I figured out even why the name of company and the founder: "Half".

Good luck, Robert Half Technologies, but your service is realy marginal to what people can find. You need to grow, but I am not sure if by offering drasticaly cut wages. FedEx used to offer better jobs... to drivers than Robert Half Technology in IT to profesionals who graduated at least from college. If you do not believe then take a shot at FedEx trainig facilities. You will even get a small truck.
