we need to innovate ourselves
This is just a sign that we in the IT field need to continue not only re-educating ourselves, but also expanding our skill sets, to keep us viable in the market. I'm a Windows administrator training myself on Unix/Linux and Cisco IOS, and that's the least I have to do if I want to stay viable in the industry.
