Of a thief selling stolen property.

Novell does NOT own open source.

So Novelle tells Microsoft, "We want to
sell out to you, but our license
prevents you from distributing our
software under YOUR license (which
Microsoft is very well aware of, smirk
smirk).

"Microsoft lawyers to Novell, "Aah,
that's OK. We'll just pay you to give us
your IOU's. Then we sell your IOU's.
That way we're not distributing your
software, we're selling your debt to
us".

Even they called it "twisted".
"So they came up with a twist: Microsoft
and Novell agreed not to sue each
other's customers".

Dirty lowdown stinking thievery, cooked
up by a bunch of crooked lawyers.

Everybody isn't as thick-headed as
Microsoft lovers.
