I hope the Linux community stops shooting themselves in the foot
We have been big BIG linux fans for over a decade, however, what the FSF and Stallman are doing is just insane.
If Linux is to ever be widely accepted as a legitimate competitor to windows they have to change their attitudes.

This illustrates one of our biggest issues as a business: the difference between the world views of techies and businessmen. While from a purely technical point of view, Linux is far far superior to windows (including vista which we have running for comparison so that when we criticize it we speak from experience) the techie mindset will kill Linux as a viable business alternative.

We hope that at the age these guys are now they realize this difference and its importance from a sales and marketing perspective. We have been accused of being techno-geeks (and we deserve the moniker) however we also are running a business and see both sides of the issue. If the Linux community does not grow up and realize this, they will be killing their own child. Come on guys, declare peace for a change; it does actually work.HOIATL
