Right, perfectly legal, but morally wrong to circumvent the intent of the
license. I did not mean to say in any way that it was illegal, just immoral to circumvent the intent of the license. Sorry if there was any confusion. Also, Novel should not try to pretend they did not know what they were doing and whine when the loophole gets closed.
