As for "choice", XP and XPMC has been available from most vendors since the day Vista went live. My main site has not purchased anything but XP, right through those first 4 months you are talking about. I've noticed in Dell and any other PC vendor catalogs many PCs available with XP or XPMC all along. Which just goes to show the 40 million Vista purchases were by choice.

So, are you going to say that anyone buying a PC w/Ubuntu are doing so just because they were buying a low cost PC and had no clue what was on the machine, like you have all along?? My bet is you change your rules in mid-stream, that is much more fitting to your character....or should I say lack of character.
