Yup, you're right!
Just like we all jumped up to cheer SCO on with their Microsoft funded legal assault on Linux. We KNEW they would hang themselves because that is what arrogance leads to. And MS is following in their path. But as a 'software consultant' who likely has MS as a client, who would expect you to acknowledge that? Instead you are going to continue to bluff your way along just like SCO and their paid consultants did. One little problem with scare tactics, after a while people lose their fear, then the extortioner has to up the ante a bit to regain their attention. At some point this whole charade is going to come crashing down on top of Microsoft.
