What original ideas
Just like Apple took ideas from Xerox and kept in the bag(Apple would not exist as you know it if it was not for Xeorx, which by the way originated from some research lab in a University). Just like google keeps adding companies to the bag to get their original ideas(do you want the list?) and I wonder what does the Linux UI and Open office remind me of? They are so intuitive to use that I feel like I have used them zillion times before on some other operating system before wink

So much for your "Dont take original ideas from my cool companies" BS
Everyone including Apple, Microsoft, Google, Linux "gets some inspiration" from other's innovations. So stop wasting yours as well as others time over meaningless discussion.

If it was not for patents people would not think of many alternative and better approaches to solve same problem and the innovations as we know them would come to a halt. There would be one good idea and 1000 minor spinoffs on it, rather than 100 good ideas.
