Just defending your patents
You stated that Microsoft would not reveal things parts of it's OS with the Patent system.

Have you been paying attention to Europe? Microsoft was FORCED to reveal things. Europe has a patent system.

You are holding 14 patents. What trade secrets did you come up with that nobody else on the planet can figure out? Or did you just say it FIRST at the patent office, and hope to collect on it later?

This comment kills me: I am a big fan of insuring that innovations are not hidden behind "trade secrets".

Your money train? Is that it. You are arguing for your money train? That is a sell out. Good job. Just don't defend the underhanded stuff.
