The entire legal system need fixed
Wow, I didn't think I'd ever agree with you on anthing, but it's happend.

The courts no longer understand the word "speedy" when used with the word "trial" or "justice." This case should have taken 3 months, or less. But it's not just tech related trials. Look at the Peterson trial in CA, or the Bryant suit. I don't think any case that makes the news is handled in less than a year.

The while system needs overhauled. If trials were weeks instead of month (or years) maybe the courts could handle the case load. Instead they spend 80% of their time hearing motions on older cases, and cannot get to the new ones. And the higher the profile of the defendant(s) the longer the case will take. You'd think these $1000/hr lawyers would work faster, not slower.
