I agree...IBM is no Saint.
Nor by the nature of business, can any business organization afford to be SAINT like.

However in this one case IBM is in the right. SCO played MS's hand, and has done it's part. So SCO will have to go now.

What I don't think MS expected is all the press that in essence brought Open Source and Linux to many Business's attention. After all when you put two and two together you have to realize that MS has given Linux and Open Source the street cred it needed in the Business world by in effect showing Linux/Open Source to be a serious threat to MS.
