I'd also show people the code that is mine and show how the other party violated my copyrights. SCO for some reason isn't doing that.

I'd also wait for a ruling and then start collecting licensing fee. Not like SCO saying Linux infringed on thier copyright that they can't even prove they have as Novel says they don't and they haven't proven that the code is even under Novel's copyright.

I'd want this to go to court and I'd want it done quickly. Not like SCO doing everything to stall while the extort money out of people using FUD.
