It is all in the way you say things. One persons foreign rust
bucket is another persons respected international carrier. All
we see is Microsoft's bald assertion. If there was substance,
Microsoft is obligated to bring the violations to the attention
of the offending parties as a first step towards settling. If
Microsoft is going to litigate, this is an almost required
first step. First seek redress, and if redress is not
forthcoming, litigate. Absent seeking redress prior to
litigation, Microsoft's case would be significantly damaged.
Until Microsoft does seek redress from at least one open source
product they can very safely be ignored by all open source
entities.
