Spam problems
At the end of the day the problems lies wiith all of the infected systems that have back doors in them that spammers use. Domain checking would help but these guys are going to have a work around given time because it is their business. It doesn't mean I endorse it I dont first get the infected systems fixed or prevent it. Then do the next step.

Some ISP's have got their staff checking their customers systems for open relays (i did a LPI course with a guy who was working for an ISP in the UK and he admitted it). They dont allow the customer to continue until that problem is resolved. Repsonsible behaviour I would say.
