Don't know how much simpler I can make it for you..

..but since you're rather slow, I'll hold your hand. You claimed that failing companies always seem to go the open source route. I then posted a link to an M$ article pointing out how they were going to use open source for one of their latest projects. The obvious implication from this is that Microsoft is a failing company. I know you'd never admit what is too obvious by my previous post because you just CAN'T HANDLE IT. Now go back to your Windows toys..
