Maybe if they didnt treat prospects like dirt
We tried to get BEA in to demo their software for us. They cancelled twice, then sent two wingnuts from another company that didn't know what they were doing. The demo went poorly, what we wanted to see they couldn't do. BEA treated us like we were unimportant small trash because we weren't a multimillion-dollar customer. We didn't choose their product because we expected their support would be equally poor. Maybe we're not a big customer, but we're helping someone else pay the bills than BEA.
