Dunno if I'd call it hobbyist Linux
I think it's a little misinformed to say Fedora is a "hobbyist" Linux. It's really a testbed product. I'd say it's a development tool and learning focused Linux distro.

The only thing that really determines "hobby" or not is what the end-user chooses to do with it.
