Apple seems up to the challenge...
as far as the technological aspect is concerned. (OSX, G5, XServe G5/Raid, Powerbook/iBook, iMac, most Apple apps, etc)

What's not easy is overcoming the anti-Apple bias, outdated misinformation and myth so prevalent in the business world... especially in corporate boardrooms where, as mlindl has stated, the mindset is Macs = graphics... no graphics, therefore no need for Macs.

Most "bosses" probably do not even know OSX is UNIX-based, very reliable/stable, versatile and powerful. TCO/ROI studies have always favoured the Mac over Windows. The major apps deemed vital in the typical office are also on the Mac and often praised as being better (ironically, MSOffice being the most notable).

The safe "no one ever got fired for buying MS" policy may some day come back to bite such close-minded corporations... at least, one can only hope happy
