- Useless Stockholders
- Stockholders add nothing of value to a company except putting it into economic bondage to a bunch of useless twits, causing extra regulatory overhead and sidetracking the company into overrated worry about stockmarket performance; all distractions that eventually ruin most corporations. The next plague is the addition of a controlling Board of Directors along with its attendant trappings known as Executive Officers, highly overpaid, underproductive people who eventually like cancer, divert the company's resources into their pockets while eliminating the productive people who do the real work. Evenually, the customer gets forgotten as well, the corporation only exists to service stockholders.
