I could have sworn that I just seen a hinting of Mike Cox.
I missed the part where he talked about his rep.

I am glad that Microsoft is trying to help out small businesses, they have been trying to re-tool Small Business side for years, but the problem is that small businesses don't want to change or don't want this kind.
