What is with all the runtimes?
Good grief, does a PC have an operating system? It would appear not given this barage of runtimes everyone (including MS) is pushing.

Hmm, what do I have? .NET 2 runtime, VSTO runtime, WPF/E runtime, Java runtime, Ajax runtime, etc. etc...

Who needs an OS???
