Piracy is piracy

Regardless of the size of the fine, it is wrong, but then again, so is charging outrageous prices for an OS or Office Suite, especially when considering the amount of cash to purchase additional products such as Visio, or Project. But they have to pay for those outrageous legal fees some how.

The one thing that I think anyone can agree with about opensource, is the fact that if they don't want to pay for software, they build it themselves and then release it to others for a much lower price. So what if they happen to mimic the original. The original shouldn't cost $34,543,234 US.
