Maybe No_Ax will finally get the idea of what piracy entails
I like the fact, though, that the money doesn't got directly to Microsoft and that they have to file to get it back and wait like the rest of the folks for restitution.

But one thing bothers me-why can MS demand obscene fine amounts here but only get those smaller fines elsewhere? A business can get away with paying $42,000 in Korea for multiple violations while an individual user in the US can be hit for $150K? Sounds like deals to keep MS product in use while paying lip service to the sanctity of IP, if you ask me... Or even if you don't happy
