That's probably what they were thinking 4 years ago
Yup. They planned 4+ years ago to create a product with the name of another open source project and give it a $15,000 price tag. Then after that attempt fails keep the same name- ignore the ton of money they lost on the first failure, hire a team and rebuild the Flash platform, spend whatever to try to rebrand it and reap all of the benefits of having a name that creates ambiguity.
