Now that the gold beta bits are here, I sent the following email out to my MCSEs this evening:
To: MCSE Staff
From: Mike Cox (CIO)
Subject: Longhorn Beta 3 is here!!!
Our MS rep gave me our Beta 3 bits tonight at dinner. In between cigars and cognac, we discussed the deployment schedule. We decided it is in everyone's best interests to upgrade all of our current beta Longhorn servers this weekend to beta 3. Therefore all MCSEs are expected to be in Saturday morning at 7am and will work straight through. MCS will be onsite to hand out water as necessary.
