The RIAA getting all moral? Not really!: How nice of them to use kiddy porn as an argument against file sharing. Are they not getting a cut of the take in that industry, either? Exploiting the plight of little kids to get their way is just as dirty!

Seems to me that a lot of that cr@p is in IRC groups and newsgroups. Stopping P2P is not going to get rid of the mess. Not when you have 10yo kids with parent approved pay-per-view websites featuring swimsuit/underwear shots and video clips that I wouldn't let my kid be caught dead doing!
