- Pay closer attention to the VENUE ...

MS has gone from "OSS doesn't exist", to "Its not a threat", to "who owns it anyway", to "please use our stuff - plueeze!".
This is just proof that OSS is forcing changes even at MS. Pay less attention to restrictions on licesnse terms (other than how they affect your product of course) and more attention to the fact that MS is choosing to participate in the OSS movement, even if with baby steps!
