As always play close attention to the license
And in this case it is everything you'd expect and more.

The CPL v1.0 was developed by IBM and has been approved
by the Open Source Initiative as conforming to the OSI's
"Open Source Definition".

The CPL give licensees access to the complete source code,
permission to modify the source, and can be used royalty
free.

In addition, the CPL permits the use of the code in
commercial applications distributed as source or binary
form and permits these new works (ie not derived) to be
licensed under a different license.

Sorry No_Ax, nice FUD attempt but no cigar.
