I remember when Hotmail allowed more email filters on their "free" accounts. Then they cut it back to 10 in an attempt to push users to their "premimum service".

Then they limited the number of emails you could send in one day. I'm not positive, but I think it was between 10 and 20 emails. You actually get a message that tells you you've sent all you can for the day, unless you want to sign up for their "premium service".

That was when I stopped using Hotmail and went elsewhere.
