While Yahoo is enhancing the mail service, could they fix their HTML email input to work with all browsers? If you use MSIE, you get an IFRAME with weird controls. If you use other browsers, you get more standards-compliant controls, but you lose several key functions. It would have been easier to write it correctly than write MSIE-specific code.

(I never send HTML email, but several people I know complained they lose functionality when they use Mozilla, so I researched it.)

It would be nice if there was some method to contact Yahoo. A paid subscriber tried to get help for weeks. They finally phoned a (long distance) number in California to be told by Yahoo that Yahoo does not care about their email users, so please give up. Does Yahoo understand "customer service"?

A new user's emails were taking over 11 hours to be delivered for the first 2 months. I have no idea why an email service would ever have a delay like that. She almost dropped all of Yahoo's services, but recent emails arrived in less than 3 hours. (We have not tested the delivery time recently.) That is not a good way to keep new customers.
