Court takes gag off antispam service

I read this is why: I presume Groklaw is a better authority on questions like this, but AIUI, Spamcop and their papers weren't in court to defend against Richter. Since none of the news sources I've seen have said "Spamcop are idiots", I can only say I don't get it.
