From the article: "U.S. District Court Judge Saundra Brown
Armstrong said she dissolved the order because she had not
reviewed SpamCop's opposition papers before granting the
restraint."
This beanbag had not even bothered reading the
defendant's response before granting the injunction.
How in heaven's name do you get judges so stupid that they
don't bother to read a defendant's answer before taking
