Examples of cluelessness, please
"It's obvious you haven't a clue what WinFS is trying to do."

Why? What have I said that contradicts any of the MSDN
information about WinFS. Please enlighten me. Listening to
the recent MS quotes I'm not sure you'll get anything at all
except a SQL based file store.

"But then given how you are stuck following the leader it's
to be expected."

Which leader in what? You'd love Longhorn to have simply
the features of my Mac OS X or the reliability of my GNU/
Linux servers, both I've had for years. The only thing I seem
to be missing is the dream that I might get an upgrade two
years away:-)

"Oh, and by the way, just got the latest build and will be
installing it this weekend. I'll let you know how it goes. "

Please do. IT departments, even MS would love to know
what's in it as well!
