Microsoft is wrong
These deals are ridiculous and all about MS assumption that it somehow governs the entire IT industry.

Tell me, if Ford used intellectual property which belonged to General Motors would it be acceptable for GM to sue Fords customers. I don't think anyone would accept this.

I think that the best thing for everyone would be if Microsoft was broken up and sold on.
