We are setting an example
Unlike Saddam's rule, those involved are being investigated for humiliating their captives, not promoted and given bonuses for raping and killing them. Unforunately, the media hype over these photos will ruin the actual investigation. Those involved are going to be punished. Actual culpability will be irrelevant in the Courts Martial of those involved.

Here's a pretty good way to get the information that we want without unduly embarrasing those prisoners.
