DMCA Does Not Explicitly Outlaw
copyfriendly copyrighted works. However manufacturers, copyright holders, and authors, have no specifications of wich to qualify their products.

And since most 'copy is always elluded to as a reference of 'piracy, the relationship of defining them must be different as well.

While most DVD 'distributers can detail the 'rights exemplified via DMCA,No electronic theft, among others they can and should come up with some kind of specification for enhancement of features so that the contributers, and consumers can utilize them, and compete on that basis.

It isn't copyright law,or any of these laws preventing them from doing so. There is simply the need for the specification to choose from in the detail of its reference in that premise.

The present orientation of digital distribution aside wich is utilized via DRM with Apple,Microsoft, and others is simply not good enough. Just because there is the programming available to create something of wich 'the agreement IS the programming. What detail is left out is merely the difference needed wich can afford them (the effects) to consumers with only receipt, specification of performance, and warrant.

Something of wich the 'contractual agreements do not afford. Nor order-up within its programming to do for consumers, and copyrighted digital products.

Nothwithstanding the differences among 'what you can do with them by 'digital distributions (e.g. rent, view, own).

They all need a specification of wich is outside of the present 'contract in lieu delegations of products.

.just talking.
