... is that Microsofties will have to wait until 2007 before they can start enjoying the inevitable slew of Longhorne specific worms, viruses and trojans, plus any other serious exploits which a few teenagers might knock up after finishing their school homework.

Never mind, downtime due to Microsoft malware infection can only ever get more expensive, so the 2 year wait will give Microsofties a chance to save up some money, so they've got more to give to Microsoft, in exchange for aforementioned virally-induced downtime.

Yep, computers certainly are p[roof of just how far manking has come since those immortal Barnum words - "There's a sucker born every minute".
